My name is Syrah Choudhary. I am currently a graduate student at George Mason University pursuing my master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. 

I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards mental health and wellness. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy to help clients navigate through life’s challenges. My training equips me with the skills to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am committed to fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect. Being a Pakistani American, I strive to be culturally competent and recognize the importance of understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences of my clients. Through ongoing supervision and personal reflection, I strive to enhance my clinical skills and cultural competence to better serve diverse populations.

 My ultimate goal is to empower clients to discover their strengths, develop coping strategies, and achieve meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.
