Therapy can seem scary, but besides the challenges it may present, it can also be the most rewarding and exciting journey. It can help building new strengths, finding a way out of the situation that we feel stuck in, detecting unhealthy patterns, making sense of feelings, and learning more about ourselves. I also think that tapping into past experiences and the unconscious mind can bring an  important insight necessary for gaining control over our lives.

I work with adults and adolescents. In my practice I utilize psychodynamic and attachment approaches, along with CBT and mindfulness modalities. My special interests are any anxiety related manifestations (panic disorders, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, etc.); women related issues (postnatal depression, perinatal anxiety, domestic abuse, etc.) and interpersonal relationships issues. Additionally, I enjoy helping teenagers to discover their own identity and overcome emotional challenges.

I understand how intimidating taking the first step towards therapy can feel. Therefore, I approach my clients with care and sensitivity. I make sure to provide a safe space for my clients to feel welcome, so together we can explore what brought them in. To make the process more accessible, I offer a free fifteen-minute consultation.

I look forward to helping you overcome any obstacles on the way to a happier life and a healthier version of yourself. I am in the final year of my Master’s program at Wake Forest University. I am also a member of Chi Sigma Iota Counseling and Professional Honor Society. I provide services in English and Russian languages.
