Hello and welcome! I am a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia working towards becoming a licensed professional counselor. My clinical experience includes working in diverse and challenging settings. I have provided mental health services to include both individual and group therapy in psychiatric residential treatment centers, behavioral health services for Title I/government funded schools and crisis response services. I am trained in trauma-informed care and utilize a person-centered approach in my sessions. I have also integrated a strength-based approach in my sessions as well. 

My goal as your therapist is to create a safe space for all my clients to be their authentic and genuine selves. I am here to offer and hold space for those in need of a judgment free setting to be vulnerable.
