Hello and Welcome! My name is Elizabeth, and I am passionate about helping clients overcome life’s challenges and achieve the personal goals they envision for themselves. I believe that contemporary psychotherapy is a collaborative and dynamic process, and while I am here to help, I believe that the guru is in you! Together, we will find it. I am experienced in working with individuals of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. I approach therapy from an eclectic perspective, combining Analytical and Jungian Psychology, Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Therapy. I also utilize energetic management and holistic modalities to facilitate therapeutic progress such as breathwork, ego work, mindfulness, and meditation. 

I received my bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville FL and my masters degree from Eastern University in St. Davids PA. I am currently enrolled in a Ph.D. Program at Walden University in Counselor Education, Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a variety of therapeutic experience working with diverse populations in many settings including residential facilities, traditional and non-traditional schools, community mental health centers, and more. I specialize in treating clients who are experiencing dysregulation related to mental health, behavioral health, and social health challenges.

In a contemporary society, we are more aware of the challenges human beings are facing, but that does not mean we're better equipped at handling them alone. I look forward to partnering with you in your self-discovery and therapeutic journey. Remember, the guru is in you!
