Whether you are familiar with therapy or if it is your first experience, I aim to create an open-minded and judgment-free space for my clients to feel comfortable in. I strive to promote a respectful and welcoming environment for all, and I value the individual differences in each of my clients.

I have a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals ranging from children to older adulthood, and my specialty areas include trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, traumatic brain injury, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I am an LGBTQ-affirming therapist, and I am passionate about racial justice issues.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed, allowing for collaboration and mutual respect. I utilize CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and a solution-focused, strengths-based perspective, depending on each client’s individual needs.

I am currently a resident in counseling, working toward LPC licensure in Virginia.
