You have the power to choose; however, during stressful times, you may feel stuck or may feel as if the choices you have made did not bring the desired results into your life. The fact that you have taken the time to visit this site is an excellent first step in understanding your choices and improving your well-being.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who enjoys working with adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, attention deficit, post-traumatic stress, and mood disorders. Since individual experiences are unique, I use a person-centered, integrated approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Treatment Approaches. With the proper support and a growth mindset, you can realize your potential and fulfill your purpose. It would be a pleasure to work with you or your loved ones. Through empathy and support, I will help you learn new skills to increase self-confidence, improve interpersonal relationships, and enhance your sense of well-being.

I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Texas - Arlington. I am supervised by Christopher Coleman, LPC.
