My areas of focus are developmental and complex trauma, relationship problems, grief, depression, and anxiety. I combine Somatic Experiencing approach, trauma expertise, and Internal Family Systems perspectives to help clients connect with their authentic selves and embrace a more positive outlook on life. 

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a certified EMDR specialist. I work with individuals and couples and offer a short phone consultation to answer any questions. 

I do not accept insurance but will provide a receipt that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
