Jessica Stoler, MA, RC (Resident in Counseling)

Using the fundamental principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I provide an environment which is sensitive to clients’ needs. I am easy to talk to and emphasize a collaborative approach to help re-empower clients. In sessions, I strive to make clients feel comfortable so that we can rapidly focus on setting goals, figuring out feelings and patterns, developing healthy, positive attitudes and behaviors, and problem solving.

I have a Master’s Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University. In more than a decade in the Mental Health field, I have worked with adults, adolescents, as well as children. I’ve helped clients who are dealing with issues including: addiction (substance, sexual, internet, gambling), anxiety/phobia, bipolar disorder, depression, gender/sexuality concerns and trauma/PTSD (natural disaster, abuse, bullying/school violence) and many others.
