FUNdamentals Yoga Series
We’re excited to announce we will be hosting a free 6-week LoveYourBrain FUNdamentals yoga series! This series is free to those with traumatic brain injury (including concussion) and their caregivers to explore the benefits of yoga, meditation, and community.
