So often we hide the parts of ourselves that feel anxious, ashamed, or like “too much.” Therapy is a place where those parts can soften and be met with compassion instead of criticism. I see this work not as fixing you, but as helping you approach your inner world with curiosity and care.

I specialize in anxiety, identity exploration, and the quiet shame or “inner critic” that shapes how we see ourselves and relate to others. I work with teens (14+) and adults who are overthinkers and intellectualizers, navigating identity and self-worth concerns, carrying attachment and relational wounds, or feeling stuck in complex relationship or family dynamics. Many of my clients are queer, questioning, or poly, and I also work with individuals of diverse identities who are unpacking how family systems, cultural expectations, or chronic illness have shaped their self-concept and relationships.

My approach is relational, affirming, and skills-based. I integrate parts work (IFS), somatic approaches, and attachment-focused therapy with practical tools from CBT and DBT to support nervous system regulation, communication, and self-trust. Together, we explore core beliefs and relational patterns while building concrete skills to help you feel more grounded, secure, and connected in your daily life.

I am currently accepting new clients virtually only, through a secure online platform.
