Hope Sivilai, MA, NCC, RC (Resident in Counseling)
Life can present obstacles that leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed. If you are challenged by anxiety, depression, addiction, difficult life transition, or other mental health concern, I can help you find balance and cultivate a healthy flow in your life. I offer an empathetic, interactive, and collaborative approach to counseling. Together we will identify your concerns, set goals, and create a unique plan to create positive change. My goal is to empower you to find your strengths and develop strategies to live a fulfilled life.
My experience in mental health includes facilitating psycho-educational groups, working in an intensive-outpatient program for substance addiction, providing mental health skill-building services, and managing residential programs promoting mental health recovery, improving independent living skills, and increasing community integration for those living with severe mental illness. I am also a fitness instructor and value the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. As a former Army reservist and veteran, I offer a discounted rate for combat veterans.
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Marymount University, Arlington, VA. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and am pursuing licensure in the state of Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am supervised by Jessica MacNair, LPC.
My fee for an individual session is $110.00. To schedule an appointment, please call me at 571-882-2830, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
