I strive to help clients learn to thrive in a world that wasn't designed for them. I specialize in working with the queer and neurodivergent communities and come from a place of lived

experience within those communities. I use a person-centered eclectic approach pulling from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, and more. I am also trauma-informed and well aware of the trauma that comes just from existing in the niche communities that I serve. Additionally, I am ethical non-monogamy and polyamory-affirming and love working with those

populations!

I have experience working with self-harm, suicidal ideation, impulse control, executive

functioning, and many other issues that come with the niche diagnoses that I serve. I am also able to offer counseling for other diagnosis including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, substance misuse and more.
