Wellness Paths: Multiple clinicians from various disciplines collaborate to provide tailored services to individual clients in order to improve overall health.
Jumpstart Your Change (JYC): Group-centered wellness program for weight loss; also aids clients in slowing or reversing the effects of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and high blood pressure.
Fitness Classes: Including Zumba, Barre, core power and stability, resistance and strength training classes.
Dance Classes: Line Dancing, Dance Conditioning, Belly Dancing, Ballroom Dancing.
